  Fix test failures.
  
  1. Normalize File path values [to forward slash] with test expectations, avoiding failure on Windows which uses backslashes
  2. Ensure that Enumeration of test failures are retrieved after tests are run, otherwise they are corrupted and result in java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
