  64-bit detector/monitor uploaded, but will be *removed* from the repository soon. (Spreading binaries around is not how this is supposed to be done on Linux.)
  Fixed bcmd to compile with -c11 set, might need to get back to -c99 for FreeBSD/Illumos.
  Fixed the missing #include <unistd.h> in LinuxDetector.cpp.
