in order to build locally :
Create a build_local.properties based on the provided template.
* Fill it (follow comments in the provided template)
* open pluginbuilder.config
- fill local settings
- reload the feature selection (remove existing one and re-add the one which is in your workspace)
- click on "Generate build files" (it will create a maps/all.map file)
*launch : ant -Dlocal=true -DbuildType=HEAD
